Rocket TT FAQ’s - Super Lubricant
-
Rocket TT is a multi-use super lubricant and maintenance spray designed to lubricate, loosen rusted parts, stop squeaks, free seized bolts/locks, and protect metal surfaces from corrosion with a water-resistant film.
-
Rocket TT’s formula includes a unique crystalline wax film that “stays where it sprays” and offers stronger water resistance and longer-lasting protection than competitor sprays.
-
Shake the can well.
Spray directly onto the part you want to treat.
Use the straw for precision spraying in tight spots.
For tight, corroded areas, repeat until parts move freely.
-
Yes - it’s designed for metal moving parts and hard surfaces. However, avoid spraying directly onto electric motors or live electrical components unless specified safe by a professional.
-
While primarily designed for metal surfaces, occasional use on hard plastics is generally fine — just test a small area first and avoid prolonged contact with delicate rubber seals unless recommended.
-
Yes — it leaves a water-resistant anti-corrosion coating that helps protect metal parts from rust and moisture wash-off.
-
Always follow the instructions on the can: use in well-ventilated areas, keep away from sparks/open flames, and refer to the safety information printed on packaging or safety data sheets for hazards.
-
Yes — the spray’s formulation has water-resistant properties that help displace moisture and protect against rust and corrosion.
-
Yes — it’s designed for automotive maintenance tasks such as lubricating hinges, cables, bolts, and other moving parts on vehicles and machinery.
-
It’s generally recommended not to spray directly onto electrical motors or live electrical components; if lubrication near electrics is required, power should be disconnected first.
